FOR SENIOR DIRECTOR – HEALTH, ANNUITY & LIFE (HAL)

Location:
Bengaluru or Hyderabad Work type: Hybrid JOB SUMMARY:
• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Delivery teams. Handle Operational issues related to the delivery centre.
• As a Talent Manager, ensuring right resource across all delivery teams
• Coordinate the right capacity management & adhere to all the SLA & Performance metrics
• Ensure project delivery managers are delivering to configuration, development, and methodology standards.
• Partner with the sales ecosystem providing the right solutions for successful software deals
• Drive efficiencies through cutting-edge solutions like Automation, AI/ML
• Keep senior management up to date with delivery status, emerging opportunities, identified risks and mitigation plan.
• Ensure adherence to all the methodologies/policies & regulatory compliance as required
• Provide leadership and mentoring project managers, leads, and other team members. Essential Functions

• Bachelor’s in engineering (Computer Science) / MTech (Computer Science)
• MBA would be an added advantage Required Skills
• Extensive background in Insurance Domain (With Global clients) and senior delivery management leadership for Insurance Software
• Should have led in development and delivering complex software projects throughout the lifecycle.
• Project planning and progress monitoring, including budget control and milestone control.
• Creative problem solver, able to build contingency plans and handle stressful situations with professionalism.
• Provide technical support and participate in the Change Control Board and or change control process.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Preferred Skills
