We are a growing Mumbai based business group with multiple operations. Role You will handle day-to-day accounting and statutory compliance. Responsibilities
• Maintain complete books of accounts in Tally or similar accounting software
• Record sales, purchase, expense, and bank entries, and prepare monthly bank reconciliations
• Prepare and file GST returns and reconcile them with purchase data
• Calculate, deduct, and file TDS; handle PF, ESI, and professional tax where applicable
• Manage vendor payments, payables, and receivables follow-up
• Maintain inventory and stock-related entries, where applicable
• Prepare monthly MIS reports: P&L;, cash flow, and expense summaries
• Support the CA in audits, income tax returns, and ROC filings
• Keep invoices, vouchers,



and agreements properly documented and filed Requirements

Com or M.
Com (CA Inter or equivalent is a plus)
• 3 to 6 years of accounting experience
• Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards
• Proficient in Tally and Excel
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with monthly deadlines
• Good communication in English and Hindi Valuable to have
• Experience handling multiple entities or group accounting
• Exposure to import/export documentation

Salary:
Rs 30,000 to Rs 45,000 per month, based on experience
