ROLE DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Content Strategist to join our team at IKIO LED Lighting. This is a full time, on-site position based in Noida. The Content Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive content strategies that strengthen brand positioning, increase market visibility, engage target audiences, and support business growth across digital and traditional marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B marketing, audience segmentation, brand storytelling, and content-driven lead generation, with the ability to align content initiatives with broader marketing and business objectives. KRA:
• Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies aligned with business objectives, brand positioning, target audiences, and marketing goals.
• Brand Positioning & Messaging: Establish and maintain a consistent brand voice, messaging framework, and communication strategy across all marketing channels.
• Content Marketing & Campaign Strategy: Plan and conceptualize content-driven marketing campaigns to improve brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
• Audience Research & Market Insights: Analyze target audiences, industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer journeys to identify content opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
• Content Calendar & Execution: Develop and manage strategic content calendars across websites, social media, email marketing, digital campaigns, and other communication platforms.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, design, and technical teams to develop impactful content initiatives that communicate product value propositions and business solutions.
• Content Direction & Quality Management: Provide strategic direction for content development, ensuring consistency, relevance, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines.



Review and optimize content produced by internal teams or external agencies.
• SEO & Digital Content Optimization: Collaborate on SEO strategies, keyword planning, website content architecture, and digital content optimization to improve organic visibility and engagement.
• Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor content performance using analytics tools, evaluate engagement and conversion metrics, and recommend data-driven improvements to maximize marketing ROI.
• Sales Enablement & Product Marketing: Develop content frameworks and messaging strategies for product launches, marketing presentations, case studies, brochures, campaigns, and sales enablement initiatives.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in Content Strategy, Content Marketing, Brand Communication, or Digital Marketing Strategy, preferably within a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of content planning, audience segmentation, customer journeys, brand positioning, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Ability to translate business objectives into actionable content strategies that drive measurable marketing outcomes.
• Experience developing and managing multi-channel content strategies across websites, social media, email marketing, and digital platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO, content performance metrics, Google Analytics, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance.
• Excellent communication, conceptualization, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide creative direction to content writers, designers, and marketing professionals.
• Experience in B2B, manufacturing, industrial products, lighting, energy solutions, or technology-driven industries will be an advantage.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
