Role Description The Photographer at MatesonMile is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves traveling on scheduled group trips to capture high-quality photos of destinations, activities, and travelers, reflecting the brand’s focus on shared experiences and authentic moments. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning shot lists with the trip and marketing teams, shooting during trips and local events, and organizing, selecting, and editing images for digital platforms and promotional materials. The Photographer will collaborate closely with content creators and social media specialists to ensure visual stories align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.



The role also includes maintaining photography equipment, managing file storage and backups, and contributing creative ideas for visual storytelling across web, social, and print. Qualifications
• Strong skills in travel, lifestyle, and portrait photography, with an eye for storytelling and candid moments.
• Proficiency with professional cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment, as well as basic video capture for social media content.
• Experience with photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop) and efficient workflow for organizing and delivering images.
• Ability to collaborate with marketing and content teams, understanding brand aesthetics and visual communication needs.
• Comfort with frequent travel, group environments, and dynamic on-site shooting conditions, including outdoor and low-light scenarios.
• Strong time management, reliability, and the ability to work to deadlines in a rapid-paced, experience-driven business.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant travel or lifestyle photography; professional experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Relevant education in photography, visual arts, media, or equivalent practical experience is preferred but not mandatory.
