About the Role
We are looking for an SEO & AEO Executive to improve our website’s visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms. The ideal candidate should understand how people search for information and know how to optimize content to improve organic rankings, search visibility, and the chances of being featured in AI-generated answers.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent analysis.
• Implement on-page SEO, including meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking, and URL optimization.
• Work on off-page SEO, backlink building, and domain authority improvement.
• Perform technical SEO audits to identify crawling, indexing, and website performance issues.
• Optimize website content for AEO to improve visibility in AI-generated answers and conversational search results.
• Structure content using FAQs, schema markup, structured data, and clear question-based formats wherever relevant.
• Optimize content for featured snippets, People Also Ask, and other search result features.
• Explore optimization opportunities across AI-powered search platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity.




• Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, impressions, clicks, and search performance.
• Use tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO platforms.
• Track SEO and AEO performance, identify opportunities, and prepare regular reports.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI search developments, and evolving optimization practices. Requirements
• 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO.
• Basic understanding of AEO, conversational search, and AI-driven search experiences.
• Strong knowledge of keyword research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO research tools.
• Understanding of search intent, content optimization, schema markup, and structured data.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and recommend improvements.
• Good written communication skills and attention to detail.
