We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our team. The role involves managing backend operations while ensuring smooth communication with customers through calls, emails, and SMS.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle day-to-day backend operations and data management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage customer interactions via calls, emails, and SMS.
• Maintain accurate records and update systems regularly.
• Assist in resolving customer queries and operational issues.
• Ensure timely execution of tasks and process efficiency.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience of 0 -1 Year (Freshers can apply)
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
