We are looking for a dedicated and self-driven Placement Officer to manage job opportunities for fresh technical and non-technical candidates. This role involves working closely with students and companies to ensure successful placements and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle
• Screen and shortlist candidate resumes
• Identify suitable job openings based on candidate skills and qualifications
• Coordinate with companies for placements, internships, and training programs
• Follow up with candidates to ensure smooth onboarding
• Provide career guidance and placement support to students
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners
• Promote placement activities through social media channels
• Monitor student joining and manage training activities Qualifications




• Degree / MBA (HR specialization preferred)
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply Required Skills
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint,canva,Google Docs, Google Sheets & Google Slides
• Email Management (Gmail & Outlook)
• Zoom, Google Meet & Microsoft Teams
• Basic Computer & Internet Skills
• Social Media Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent convincing and networking ability
• Self-motivated with a confident attitude
• Flexible and adaptable to work timings
