Role Description The Business Partner internship role at KodPrep is a hybrid position based in Chandigarh, with a mix of on-campus engagement and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and managing relationships with college stakeholders, coordinating program implementation, and supporting outreach activities to expand KodPrep’s presence across campuses. The intern will assist in gathering and analyzing feedback from students and faculty, help organize workshops, seminars, and placement-related events,



and collaborate closely with training and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of KodPrep programs. The role also involves contributing to basic market research, identifying partnership opportunities, and preparing reports and presentations that support decision-making and business growth. Qualifications
• Solid interpersonal, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills to engage effectively with college administration, faculty, and student representatives.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to present information clearly and prepare basic reports, emails, and presentations.
• Organizational and time-management skills to coordinate multiple activities, events, and follow-ups across different campuses.
• Analytical skills and comfort with spreadsheets or basic data tools to track student engagement, program performance, and partnership outcomes.
• Interest in education, technology, or career development domains, with a willingness to learn about KodPrep’s training offerings and placement support services.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Chandigarh, demonstrating reliability, ownership, and professionalism in both on-site and remote tasks.
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business, Management, Engineering, or related field) is preferred.
• Prior internship or campus leadership experience (e.g., student clubs, placement cell, event coordination) will be an added advantage.
