Role Description
• Understand Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID;), process flow, valve matrix.
• Knowledge in basic networking, electrical drawings/ schematics, layouts
• Design qualification activities
- Automation architecture, Bill of Materials (BOM), IO list, Functional specification
• PLC program development in (LAD/ SCL/ STL -EN IEC 61131) for Siemens S7-(phone hidden)/ 1500 series PLCs or any other platform.
• Communication protocols
- Profinet, Profibus, Modbus, RS485.
• HMI development for Siemens WinCC Comfort/ Advanced panels or any other platform
• SCADA development for Siemens
- WinCC Explorer/ WinCC Qualified or any other platform
• C and VB scripts, MS SQL, batch/ recipe reporting




• Commissioning activities, Hardware configuration, testing, execute FAT/SAT
- IQ, OQ, PQ with protocols.
• Communication and coordination with cross functional department team members, client and vendors
• Follow GMP, GAMP5, ISA ISPE standards and guidelines. Qualifications
• Equivalent to B.
E/ B.
Tech
