Role Description The Architect at Popify Homes will work on-site full time in Gurugram, collaborating closely with design, product, and project teams to translate brand vision into functional, aesthetically compelling spaces and structures. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, creating detailed drawings and layouts, and integrating furniture and interior design elements into cohesive spatial plans. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, managing project timelines, and ensuring designs meet safety, regulatory, and quality standards. The Architect will review and refine designs based on feedback, oversee implementation with vendors and contractors, and support the Design Lab experience by contributing to display environments and customer-facing installations.



This role requires hands-on involvement in site visits, documentation, and design iterations to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create functional, aesthetically aligned spaces and detailed technical drawings.
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination with cross-functional teams, timeline management, and stakeholder communication.
• Understanding of Integration between architectural concepts, interior design, furniture layouts, and customer experience within retail or residential environments.
• Familiarity with Software Development and related tools is a plus, especially for working with digital design platforms, visualization tools, or integrated design workflows.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field, with relevant skilled experience in residential, interior, or retail architecture.
• Proficiency in CAD/BIM and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and strong technical drafting skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, materials, and construction practices relevant to projects in Gurugram and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work on-site, collaborate effectively with diverse teams, and communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and contractors.
• A portfolio demonstrating creative design solutions, attention to detail, and alignment with contemporary, premium aesthetic sensibilities.
