Role & Responsibilities
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals across multiple office locations.
• Troubleshoot hardware failures, replace faulty components, and escalate vendor issues when needed.
• Manage asset inventory: track hardware lifecycle, deployments, returns, and disposals with accuracy.
• Support remote and in office users with OS-level hardware-related issues on Windows and macOS.
• Collaborate with IT leads to standardize imaging, BIOS settings, and peripheral configurations.
• Ensure all hardware complies with security, warranty, and environmental disposal policies.
