Role Description This full-time Rebar Detailer / Rebar Estimator role is an on-site position based in Salem. The role involves preparing detailed rebar shop drawings and bar lists from architectural and structural plans, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting steel and concrete structural drawings, performing quantity take-offs, and preparing accurate rebar estimates and proposals for various types of structures. The team member will coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to clarify design details, resolve discrepancies,



and support smooth fabrication and installation. The role also includes maintaining organized project documentation, meeting deadlines, and contributing to continuous improvement of detailing and estimation processes. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Shop Drawings and Steel Detailing for reinforced concrete and steel structures.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Rebar, including bar bending schedules, placement requirements, and industry standards.
• Candidates should possess the ability to interpret and work with Architectural Drawings and Steel Structures plans.
• Proficiency in CAD or detailing software (e.g., AutoCAD, RebarCAD, or similar tools) and MS Office for documentation and estimation.
• Relevant experience as a Rebar Detailer, Rebar Estimator, or in structural detailing within construction or engineering projects.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineers, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
