Job Description
A Workday Reporting Consultant with 3 to 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards within the Workday ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Workday’s reporting tools and data structures. Skills And Qualification
• 3 to 5 years of experience as Workday reporting consultant.
Design, develop, configure, and test complex Workday reports (advanced, matrix, composite, BIRT) utilizing Workday Report Writer and Report Designer, as well as other tools Utilize Workday capabilities like Data Sources, Discovery Boards, Worksheets, Dashboards and report scheduling to create automated and scalable reporting solutions
• Collaborate with the Client’s Project team, HR, and business stakeholders to collect requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions.
• Apply consulting skills, business acumen, and specialized solution expertise to seamlessly integrate functionalities into the client's business ecosystem, ensuring the achievement of expected business outcomes.
• Active Workday certification is desired.
• Collaborate with the Client’s Project team, HR, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions.
• Utilize consulting abilities, business acumen, and specialized solution proficiency to seamlessly integrate the functionalities into the client's business ecosystem, ensuring the attainment of the client's expected business result.
• Optimize and maintain the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards.




• Conduct health checks for clients that are already live on Workday, resulting in defining a roadmap for Workday optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of Web Services and solution design approaches around them.
• Ability to absorb new technologies and features quickly.
• Good oral, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
• Adaptable communicator, facilitator, influencer, and problem solver.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize time effectively.
