DSS Imagetech is looking for a Service Engineer in Delhi to provide technical service and support for laboratory and diagnostic equipment, from installation and preventive maintenance to troubleshooting and repair. What you'll do
The Service Engineer is responsible for keeping laboratory and diagnostic instruments installed, maintained and performing at customer sites. The

key responsibilities
are outlined below.
• Installation, maintenance and repair: Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair Haematology Analysers, Immunoassay Analysers and other diagnostic instruments.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance: Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of laboratory equipment, diagnose technical issues and ensure timely resolution at customer sites.
• Customer support: Provide technical support and guidance to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Internal coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical and service-related issues effectively,



working independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Documentation and standards: Maintain accurate service reports, equipment records and customer-related documentation, and adhere to company service standards and procedures.
• Field service: Travel extensively to customer locations as required for service and technical support. Who you are You are a hands-on, methodical engineer who is comfortable at a customer's bench and explicit when explaining a fix.
• Experience and

skills:
You have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in technical service, maintenance or repair of laboratory or diagnostic equipment. You are strong in technical service, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and field service, and you bring problem-solving ability, clear communication and a customer support mindset. Working knowledge of CRM is expected.

Education:
You hold a Diploma or a BE/B.
