Job Title: Assistant Relationship Manager Job Summary RupeeQ is looking for a customer-focused Assistant Relationship Manager to support customer relationship management, drive sales, and promote Personal Loan and Overdraft products. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential customers and understand their financial requirements.
- Promote Personal Loan and Overdraft products to eligible customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up on leads and assist customers throughout the loan application process.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.




- Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience. Skills Required
