Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and drive audience growth. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media calendars, writing posts, creating or coordinating visual assets, monitoring social media channels, and responding to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner. The Social Media Manager will track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and optimize campaigns based on data insights. The role also involves collaborating with marketing, sales,



and customer support teams to align social media activities with broader business and campaign goals, particularly within the trading and forex domain. Qualifications
• Ability to manage social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) and schedule content using social media management tools.
• Skills in content creation, including copywriting, basic graphic design, and familiarity with video or reel creation for digital channels.
• Experience in social media strategy, campaign planning, and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
• Capability to analyze social media performance using analytics tools, interpret data, and adjust strategies for improved engagement and reach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and consistent brand tone.
• Understanding of forex and financial markets, or willingness to learn quickly; prior experience in finance or trading is an advantage.
• Ability to work in office in Surat, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
