5+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day business operations, improve operational efficiency, coordinate across departments, and ensure smooth execution of company processes. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and team-management skills, preferably with experience in the automobile/EV industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and monitor day-to-day business operations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Logistics, Production, Finance, HR, and other departments.
• Develop and implement operational processes and SOPs.
• Monitor operational performance, productivity, and efficiency.
• Ensure timely completion of operational targets and business requirements.
• Manage and supervise operational teams and allocate responsibilities effectively.
• Coordinate vehicle movement, inventory, logistics, dispatch, and documentation where required.
• Track operational reports, MIS, and key performance indicators.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, dealers, customers, and external stakeholders when required.
• Support management in planning, budgeting,



and operational decision-making.
• Prepare regular reports and provide updates to senior management.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Ensure smooth workflow between different departments. Required Skills
