What You'll Do
1.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with manufacturing companies. 2.
Generate leads, conduct prospect research, and support business development activities. 3.
Connect with prospective customers to understand their business and technical requirements. 4.
Participate in customer meetings, product presentations, and solution discussions. 5.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-ups in coordination with internal teams. 6.
Build and maintain customer relationships to support long-term business growth. 7.
Develop knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, MES, OEE, Industrial IoT,



and digital manufacturing solutions. What We're Looking For 1.1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or customer acquisition. 2.
Exposure to B2B sales or a strong interest in building a career in technical sales. 3.
Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. 4.
A proactive approach to prospecting, follow-ups, and achieving sales targets. 5.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. 5.
Willingness to learn industrial automation technologies and visit manufacturing facilities when required. An engineering background is preferred, with an interest in technology-driven business solutions. Why Join Us? 1.
