Startup Crunch is a digital media platform focused on the business of technology, Indian startups, and venture capital funding. Are you good at convincing people, building relationships, and closing deals? We're looking for someone who can turn business enquiries into actual sales and revenue. Your primary responsibility: CONVERT LEADS INTO SALES.

What you'll do
• Convert incoming sponsorship and promotional enquiries into paying customers.
• Communicate with founders to understand their marketing goals, budgets, and requirements.
• Pitch the right promotional packages, handle objections, negotiate, and close deals.
• Follow up consistently with interested prospects until the deal is won or lost.
• Generate current leads by identifying startups and brands that could benefit from our services.
• Track conversations, sales conversions, and revenue generated.
• Identify why deals fail and suggest ways to improve our sales process. Who should apply?

• A target-oriented mindset and willingness to take ownership of results.
• Freshers are welcome; previous sales or business development experience is a plus.
