Job Overview We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can create high-quality visual content for our company and clients. The ideal candidate should have strong graphic design skills, excellent video editing capabilities, creative thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high design standards.

Key Responsibilities
Video Editing
• Edit professional videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, advertisements, and social media campaigns.
• Create promotional videos, product videos, brand videos, and marketing content.
• Use transitions, motion graphics, animations, visual effects, and sound design effectively.
• Perform colour correction, colour grading, audio synchronization, and subtitle integration.
• Transform raw footage into engaging video content using creative storytelling techniques.
• Produce videos in different aspect ratios and formats for various social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and campaign creatives. Graphic Design
• Create high-quality social media posts, banners, advertisements, posters, brochures,



and promotional materials.
• Develop creative concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, and client projects.
• Design engaging creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Create brand identities, logo designs, layouts, and visual communication materials.
• Design marketing assets for websites, landing pages, and digital advertising campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative deliverables.
• Review designs, incorporate feedback, and deliver polished final assets.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines. Creative Collaboration
• Work closely with the marketing, development, and content teams.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into creative solutions.
• Maintain high standards of design quality and visual consistency.
• Suggest new creative ideas, design trends, and video concepts.
• Organize project files and ensure timely delivery of creative assets. Required Skills
• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Good video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.




• Experience creating social media creatives, promotional videos, and advertising content.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, transitions, and colour grading.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver quality work within deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and video editing projects. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency or creative studio.
• Knowledge of current social media trends and platform-specific content formats.
• Experience working with multiple client brands.
• Understanding of branding, digital advertising, and marketing campaign requirements.
• Ability to independently manage creative projects from concept to final delivery.
