Role overview We are seeking an experienced National Sales Head to lead sales growth, strengthen channel distribution and develop a high-performing sales organization. The role requires a hands-on leader who combines business development and commercial judgment with team coaching, structured performance reviews and solid CRM discipline across domestic and export operations.

Key responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies, territory plans and revenue targets.
• Strengthen distributor and dealer relationships, expand market coverage and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead and review Regional Sales Managers, Sales Officers and domestic and export sales teams.
• Establish daily, weekly and monthly sales planning, start-of-day and end-of-day reporting, and corrective-action tracking.
• Build accountability through clear targets, coaching, training and structured performance reviews.
• Improve CRM adoption, pipeline management, forecasting accuracy and follow-up discipline.
• Hire,



onboard and develop capable sales professionals and managers.
• Coordinate with marketing, finance, operations and technical support to improve customer service and sales execution.
• Partner with management on business strategy, resource planning and sustainable growth. Candidate requirements
• 15+ years of sales experience with regional or national leadership exposure.
• Proven responsibility for a business portfolio of approximately ₹50–500 crore.
• Experience leading teams through multiple managers; preferably managed 40–80 employees.
• Strong understanding of channel sales, distribution, sales planning and performance management.
• Demonstrated experience implementing CRM processes, dashboards and structured sales reviews.
• Ability to build a disciplined, accountable and process-driven sales culture.
• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.
