Department: Production – Machine Shop Reports To: Plant Head / Operations Head Job Purpose To lead CNC/VMC programming, setup, process development, and production support to meet quality, productivity, delivery, and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop/edit CNC/VMC programs; manage setup, tooling, prove-out, and process parameters.
• Lead NPD, process planning, prototype machining, trials, and sample submission.
• Interpret drawings, GD&T;, and customer specifications.
• Optimize cycle time, tool life, productivity, and machining costs.
• Guide operators and coordinate with Quality, PPC, Stores, and Maintenance.
• Coordinate first-piece inspection, process compliance, and corrective actions.
• Maintain programs, setup sheets, tooling records, and production documentation.
• Drive process improvement, machine safety, and 5S. Qualifications & Experience

Education:
Diploma or B.
E. in Mechanical, Production, or relevant engineering discipline.

Experience:
8–10 years in CNC/VMC programming, setup, process development, and production coordination. Key
