Role Description The House Acquisition Manager is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding residential properties into Nestaway’s managed rental portfolio in Hyderabad. This full-time, on-site role involves sourcing potential properties through field visits, broker networks, and direct homeowner outreach, and conducting property inspections to assess suitability, pricing, and furnishing requirements. The role includes negotiating and finalizing agreements with homeowners, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and maintaining strong relationships with property owners to support long-term retention.



The House Acquisition Manager will track acquisition metrics, provide market insights on local rental trends, and collaborate with operations and sales teams to align property supply with tenant demand. Qualifications
• Strong skills in property sourcing, market research, and local area mapping within Hyderabad’s residential real estate market.
• Demonstrated abilities in negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship building with homeowners, brokers, and partners.
• Experience in sales, business development, or real estate acquisition, with a focus on meeting targets and managing pipelines.
• Solid organizational, planning, and documentation skills, including comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and basic data analysis.
• Clear and confident communication skills in English and local languages, with the ability to present value propositions effectively.
• Ability to work independently in the field, handle multiple site visits per day, and adapt to a rapid-paced, dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in residential real estate, property management, or PropTech is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
