UAT (Financial Reporting)
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for Financial Reporting change initiatives, ensuring business requirements are accurately validated and delivered to the expected quality standards.
• Develop and manage UAT strategies, test plans, test scenarios, test scripts, and execution schedules to support finance and reporting programmes.
• Partner with Finance, Reporting, Change, Data, and Technology stakeholders to coordinate testing activities, resolve defects, and ensure successful delivery.
• Oversee defect management, test execution reporting, and business sign-off processes, ensuring issues are identified, tracked, and resolved effectively.
• Provide governance, stakeholder management, and testing oversight to ensure reporting solutions are fit for purpose, compliant with control requirements, and successfully embedded into business operations. Key





Requirements:
• Strong experience in UAT, Test Management, or Business Testing within Financial Services.
• Experience supporting Financial Reporting, Finance Transformation, Regulatory Reporting, or Reporting Change programmes.
• Proven expertise in test planning, test execution, defect management, business validation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong understanding of reporting processes, data validation, reconciliations, and control frameworks.
• Excellent communication, governance, and delivery management skills in complex and regulated environments.
• Robust Experience in Fund Accounting, reporting, IFRS 10 and 12.
• Should have GCC banking experience.
