Role Description The Growth Manager will support the planning and execution of growth initiatives for clients, working closely with marketing, sales, and strategy teams in office in Delhi, India. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with market and competitive research, Outreach campaigns,



analyzing campaign and performance data, and contributing to growth strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention. Qualifications
• Must possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present insights to diverse stakeholders.
• Must possess B2B Sales-related skills, such as outreach, desired tools like LinkedIn, understanding funnels, customer journeys, and basic business development concepts.
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Pursuing or having recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and presentation tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, or similar)
