Role Description This is a full-time remote role focused on Freelancing and Job Opportunities at GWA Career Connect. The role involves guiding individuals in exploring digital career paths, identifying suitable freelancing platforms, and supporting them in setting up and optimizing professional profiles. The professional in this role will conduct online orientation sessions, share resources about in-demand digital skills, and assist candidates in navigating remote work opportunities. Day-to-day activities include communicating with clients and community members via digital channels, maintaining accurate records of guidance sessions, and collaborating with the team to improve tools,



processes, and educational content. The role also requires contributing to community-building initiatives and staying current with trends in digital careers and work from home. Qualifications
• Experience in career guidance, talent development, or employment counseling, with the ability to support individuals exploring freelancing and remote work opportunities.
• Knowledge of digital skills and platforms (such as freelancing marketplaces, remote job boards, and professional networking sites) and the ability to explain them clearly to others.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills, including the ability to provide clear written and verbal guidance to diverse audiences.
• Comfort with remote collaboration tools and digital workflows, including video conferencing, online documentation, and task management platforms.
• Ability to organize and deliver online orientation sessions, workshops, or webinars related to digital careers and online work readiness.
