Role Description: The Purchase Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Vijayawada. This role manages end-to-end purchasing activities, including identifying requirements, sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, and preparing purchase orders in line with company policies. The Purchase Specialist will track deliveries, follow up on order status, and coordinate with internal project, engineering, and finance teams to ensure materials and services are available on time and within budget.



Daily tasks include maintaining accurate purchase records, analyzing pricing and cost trends, negotiating with vendors, and supporting vendor evaluation and performance reviews. The role also involves contributing to process improvements, ensuring compliance with procurement procedures, and supporting audits and reporting related to purchasing operations. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Purchasing Processes and Purchasing to manage end-to-end procurement activities efficiently.
• Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Management and Purchase Orders to handle vendor relationships, order creation, and order tracking.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to compare quotations, evaluate suppliers, and optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Relevant experience in procurement or supply chain within construction, infrastructure, or engineering sectors is highly beneficial.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Vijayawada, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic ERP or purchasing software, along with strong attention to detail and adherence to ethical procurement practices.
