Looking for a Co-Founder & Business Growth Partner for PG Adda | Investment Preferred I’m building PG Adda, a PropTech platform designed to make finding and booking PG accommodation easier for students and working professionals while helping PG owners reach potential tenants. The product is built, the platform is live, and we have started onboarding properties. Now comes the harder part: building the business. I’m looking for a reliable founding partner who can take ownership of PG Adda’s commercial growth while I focus on product, technology, AI and automation. What you’ll own
* Acquiring PG owners and building a strong property network.
* Developing sales channels, partnerships and referral networks.
* Driving tenant acquisition, bookings and revenue.
* Building repeatable growth processes and eventually a commercial team.
* Making decisions, experimenting and executing in a lean, early-stage environment. Who I’m looking for Someone with experience in entrepreneurship, business development, sales, marketplaces, real estate, hospitality or co-living. You should be comfortable starting from zero, speaking directly with customers and property owners,



negotiating partnerships, and personally executing rather than only developing strategies. An important point about the opportunity PG Adda is at a very early stage, with limited capital and no meaningful revenue yet. A conventional salary is not available at present. I’m looking for someone who genuinely wants to build a business, is prepared to take early-stage risk, and is open to a founder-equity arrangement. Personal investment would be a strong advantage, with the amount and investment terms discussed transparently. This is not a salaried job or a passive investment opportunity. The ideal person will contribute actively to building the business and share responsibility for its outcomes.
