JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Proposal Development & Solution Design
• Analyze URS/RFP/RFQ and develop technically compliant bioprocess solutions.
• Prepare PFDs, P&IDs;, equipment sizing, and process descriptions for proposals. 2. Costing & Technical Estimation
• Develop cost estimates for bioprocess systems in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
• Optimize designs to balance cost, performance, and compliance. 3. Technical Compliance & Feasibility
• Ensure proposals meet GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct technical feasibility checks and risk assessments. 4.



Cross-Functional Coordination
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, procurement, and project teams for proposal development.
• Ensure transparent technical handover to execution teams post order finalization. 5. Client Interaction & Pre-Sales Support
• Participate in client meetings -offline/online, technical discussions, and bid clarifications.
• Support sales during presentations, negotiations, and solution justification.  6. Documentation & Proposal Management
• Prepare and submit high-quality technical proposals, compliance matrices, and deviations.
• Track proposal timelines, maintain documentation, and support internal reporting.
• Prepare and maintain documentation as per ISO standards.
