Experience:
2–6 Years ? Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred

Key Responsibilities
• Handle daily facility engineering operations during the assigned shift.
• Monitor and maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and other MEP systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot equipment faults and attend breakdowns to ensure minimum downtime.
• Monitor equipment such as DG sets, UPS, transformers, LT panels, pumps, motors, AHUs, and chillers, as applicable.
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure equipment operates efficiently.
• Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and service contractors.
• Maintain shift reports, maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and equipment records.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs,



and permit-to-work procedures.
• Complete proper shift handovers and follow up on pending maintenance activities. ? Required Skills
