Creative Designer & Video Editor Counsilio is building a more accessible and approachable way for people to find mental health support. We’re looking for a creative designer in Kerala who can bring ideas to life through thoughtful, engaging content. Students, recent graduates and early-career creatives are welcome. We care about your creativity, eye for design and ability to make things, not just your years of experience. What you’ll do
• Design social media carousels, posters and other visual content.
• Edit engaging short-form videos and reels, including captions, transitions and straightforward motion graphics.
• Turn ideas and briefs into content that feels warm, clear and consistent with our brand.
• Collaborate on creative concepts, take feedback and iterate. What we’re looking for
• A strong eye for layout, typography, colour and visual storytelling.




• Confidence using design and video-editing tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe tools, CapCut or equivalents.
• Examples of your work, including personal, student or freelance projects.
• Curiosity, initiative, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
