About the Role
Air Shagoon Group is looking for a customer-focused Travel Consultant with solid hands-on experience in airline reservations and ticket issuance, along with the ability to coordinate hotel bookings and other travel-related services. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional and confident in dealing with customers, airlines, hotels and travel suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
· Handle airline reservations, PNR creation and servicing, fare checks, ticket issuance, reissues, cancellations and refunds.
· Use a GDS or airline reservation system to check availability, price itineraries and manage bookings.
· Arrange hotel reservations by comparing rates, room options, inclusions, cancellation conditions and customer requirements.
· Coordinate related services such as airport transfers, ground transport, sightseeing or other services offered by the company, as applicable.
· Prepare and communicate clear travel options and itineraries covering flights, hotels and other confirmed arrangements.
· Coordinate with airlines, hotels and other suppliers on booking confirmations, amendments, schedule changes and pending issues.




· Maintain accurate booking records and ensure tickets and other travel services are confirmed within required deadlines.
· Provide courteous and timely service to corporate and leisure travellers. Candidate Requirements
· 3–4 years of relevant experience in airline reservations and ticketing.
· Hands-on knowledge of at least one major GDS, such as Amadeus, Sabre or Travelport/Galileo.
· Practical experience with ticket issuance, reissues, cancellations, refunds and fare rules.
· Experience with hotel bookings and other travel services is strongly preferred.
· Good communication skills, a pleasant personality and a customer-focused approach.
· Strong attention to detail, coordination skills and ability to work under time pressure.
