Role Description The Admission Counsellor is a full-time, on-site role based in Patel Nagar. This role involves engaging with prospective learners, understanding their educational and career goals, and recommending suitable programs and courses. The Admission Counsellor will manage inquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, and digital channels, provide detailed information about offerings, and guide applicants through the admission and enrollment process. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting counselling sessions, following up with leads, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and collaborating with the sales and academic teams to ensure a smooth admission experience.



The role also includes meeting admission targets, supporting outreach initiatives, and representing Digi Global in a qualified and welcoming manner. Qualifications
