Our customers are businesses and institutions that still run these jobs on paper, spreadsheets or old systems. The role We are hiring 3 telecallers for our new sales team. You will call businesses and institutions that could use our products, explain in simple words

what we offer
, find out whether they have a real need, and book a demo with our sales manager. Freshers are welcome. We will teach you the products and how we speak to customers. What you will do
• Call a prepared list of businesses and institutions every working day
• Introduce Sketch and our products in clear, simple Hindi or English
• Ask a few easy questions to understand what the customer needs
• Book demos in the sales manager's calendar
• Note every call and its outcome in our CRM on the same day
• Call back people who asked us to, on time, and politely
• Pass a short,



accurate summary of each interested customer to the sales manager What we are looking for
• 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer support or a similar role (freshers are welcome)
• Fluent Hindi and valuable spoken English
• A clear, calm voice and the patience to hear a no and call the next person
• Comfortable talking to business owners and managers
• Basic computer

skills:
you can keep notes and a simple sheet without help
• Able to work full time from our office in New Delhi Good to have
• Any experience selling to businesses, or selling software or services
• Another Indian language
• Used a CRM or calling tool before What you get
• Training on our products and on how to run a good sales call
• Daily guidance from the sales manager and regular time with our Chief Operating Officer
• A chance to grow into a sales executive role as the team grows
