Role Description The Procurement Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Lucknow. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, including preparing and processing purchase orders, maintaining accurate records, and tracking deliveries. The Procurement Specialist will identify and evaluate suppliers, support contract negotiations, and ensure compliance with company policies and budget requirements. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing pricing and supply options, monitoring inventory needs, coordinating with internal stakeholders for requirements, and resolving issues related to orders, quality, and timelines.



The role also involves developing vendor relationships and contributing to continuous improvement of procurement processes. Qualifications
• Strong procurement and purchasing skills, including experience handling Purchase Orders and overseeing Procurement workflows.
• Ability to conduct Supplier Evaluation and assess vendor performance based on quality, cost, reliability, and service.
• Experience in Contract Negotiation, with the ability to secure favorable terms while maintaining collaborative supplier relationships.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for comparing quotations, optimizing costs, forecasting demand, and supporting data-driven decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and basic procurement or ERP tools; comfort working with data and reports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple procurement requests simultaneously.
• Prior experience in a procurement or supply chain role is preferred; exposure to technology or AI-focused organizations is an advantage.
