Role Description As a Senior Quality Assurance Manager at Golden Precision Products Pvt Ltd, you will lead the quality function for clutch plates and friction disc manufacturing, ensuring products meet internal standards and customer specifications. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Wada, responsible for overseeing QA processes across incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods. You will design and implement quality control plans, establish inspection parameters, and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for nonconformities. The role includes managing and mentoring QA teams, coordinating with production, engineering, and supply chain to resolve quality issues, and maintaining compliance with relevant standards and customer requirements. You will also analyze quality data, prepare reports and dashboards, support audits, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process capability and reduce defects.



Qualifications
• Solid expertise in quality management, including development of QA/QC procedures, quality plans, and documentation for manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as root cause analysis, CAPA, SPC, control plans, FMEA, and problem-solving techniques.
• Experience with inspection and testing methods for mechanical components, including use of gauges, measuring instruments, and interpretation of engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949 or similar) and experience in supporting internal and external audits.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coach quality teams, manage cross-functional collaboration, and drive continuous improvement projects on the shop floor.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, including data analysis, trend identification, and preparation of clear quality performance reports for management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with production, engineering, suppliers, and customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, or related field) or equivalent technical qualification; advanced certifications in quality are an advantage.
• Prior experience in automotive, industrial components, or similar manufacturing sector; exposure to clutch plates, friction discs, or precision mechanical parts is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Wada and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
