Qualification: Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
4–6 Years, including minimum 2 years of independent responsibility Job Responsibilities
• RM purchasing as per production planning and requirements.
• Manage Gate Inward & Outward material movement and documentation.
• Maintain Minimum, Maximum & Re-order levels of consumables and RM.
• Supervise Purchase and Store functions.
• Track RM and consumable consumption.
• Plan and monitor outside Job Work and timely material return.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores and suppliers.
• Ensure timely material availability to avoid production stoppage. Key KRAs
• On-time RM availability as per production plan.
• Inventory and stock level control.
• Purchase & supplier delivery follow-up.
• Accurate inward/outward material records.
• RM & consumable consumption control.
• Timely completion of job work.
• Store stock accuracy and proper documentation
