About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Executive – QC & R&D; to support beverage quality control, product testing, and research and development activities.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished beverages, including Brix, pH, acidity, colour, and sensory evaluation. Monitor filling, bottling, packaging, labelling, and coding quality. Assist with beverage formulation, product development trials, sample preparation, and shelf-life studies. Maintain QC records, batch documentation, laboratory registers, and daily reports. Ensure laboratory hygiene, GMP compliance, SOP adherence, and proper retention sample management. Identify and promptly report quality deviations and food-safety concerns.



Candidate Requirements

Education:
B.
Sc. / M.
Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a relevant discipline.

Experience:
Relevant experience in QC, R&D;, or Quality Assurance within the FMCG, food processing, or beverage industry is preferred. Knowledge of beverage testing, laboratory procedures, GMP, and food-safety practices. Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Freshers with relevant qualifications and a robust interest in beverage QC & R&D; may also apply.
