Role Overview: We’re looking for a proactive professional to support market intelligence, lead generation, and business development for a specialized Design & Engineering Consulting organization serving the global pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities




• Research international markets, industry trends, and potential business opportunities.
• Identify target companies and map key decision-makers across engineering, projects, QA, and leadership functions.
• Generate, qualify, and develop business leads for consulting and engineering services.
• Initiate client outreach through email, calls, and other professional channels.
• Follow up with prospective clients and support the development of a qualified sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate lead databases, market intelligence, and business development reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams on client requirements, proposals, and business opportunities. What We’re Looking For
• Experience in market research, lead generation, inside sales, or B2B business development.
• Solid communication, research, and analytical skills.
