About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our Talent Acquisition team as Recruitment Interns. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to start their careers in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate with candidates to schedule interviews and follow up on interview status.
• Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities and interview updates.




• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Support the recruitment team in day-to-day hiring activities.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Freshers with a robust interest in recruitment and Human Resources are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valuable interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the recruitment team.
