₹7 – ₹8.4 LPA Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations for our coconut-based food and beverage products. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in production planning, plant management, machinery operations, quality standards and team leadership, preferably within the dairy or beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day plant operations, production planning and execution to achieve production targets.
• Oversee processing, filling and packaging operations, ensuring production efficiency and consistent product quality.
• Monitor production output, material consumption, product yield, wastage and operational costs.
• Coordinate machinery maintenance, troubleshoot production bottlenecks and minimize equipment downtime.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, sanitation and compliance with applicable FSSAI requirements.
• Lead production supervisors, technicians and operators, ensuring effective manpower utilization and adherence to operating procedures.
• Coordinate with quality, procurement,



inventory and dispatch teams to maintain smooth manufacturing operations.
• Monitor production performance and implement improvements to enhance productivity, reduce wastage and optimize costs. Required Qualifications & Experince
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, with substantial experience in plant or production management.
• Prior experience in dairy, beverages, food processing or FMCG manufacturing is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• Solid understanding of production planning, industrial machinery, preventive maintenance and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of food safety systems, GMP, HACCP principles and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams, production targets, operational costs and cross-functional coordination.
