Role Description The Events & Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives and community events that promote Rabbitt AI’s products and brand in the GenAI ecosystem. This internship role is on-site in Delhi, India, and involves coordinating event logistics, assisting with event marketing campaigns, and helping manage registrations, attendee communication, and on-ground support.



The intern will contribute to social media and content for events, engage with partners and participants, gather feedback, and assist the sales and marketing teams with lead follow-up and documentation. The role also includes basic research on industry events, competitor activities, and collaboration opportunities, as well as maintaining reports on event performance and marketing metrics. This is an internship position designed to provide hands-on experience in events, marketing, and customer engagement in a high-growth AI startup environment. Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with attendees, partners, and internal teams.
• Event Planning and Event Marketing abilities to support logistics, promotions, outreach, and on-site coordination.
• Interest or experience in Sales activities such as lead nurturing, basic demos support, and follow-up communication.
• Ability to work in office in Delhi, India, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
• Comfort with digital tools (e.g., CRM, spreadsheets, presentation software, social media platforms) and basic data handling.
• Demonstrated interest in AI, technology, or startups and willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant academic background in marketing, business, communications, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
