- Upto 5 LPA only Company Product Link: eri.care Job Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive sales, enhance brand visibility, and manage key retail accounts across Mumbai. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working extensively in the field, building strong relationships with store personnel, and actively contributing to sales growth through store-level activations and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct regular visits to assigned stores and retail partners.
• Ensure proper product visibility, display standards, and placement at stores.
• Build robust relationships with store owners, managers, and staff.
• Train and educate store personnel to improve product understanding and recommendations.
• Conduct in-store product activations and customer interactions to drive sales.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment requirements,



and product availability.
• Track store-wise sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and acquire new retail accounts within the assigned territory.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity reports.
• Coordinate closely with the Head of Sales regarding sales targets, promotional activities, market feedback, and corrective actions.

Qualifications:
• Graduate or HSC with relevant sales experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in FMCG, Retail Sales, Modern Trade, General Trade, Healthcare Retail, or Consumer Products sales preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Familiarity with Mumbai retail markets will be an added advantage.
