Role Description The Digital Content Creator will be responsible for planning, producing, and publishing multimedia content across Cityfeed’s digital platforms, including social media, websites, and other online channels. Day-to-day tasks include generating content ideas, writing and editing posts, capturing photos or short-form video, optimizing content for engagement, and ensuring brand consistency in tone and visual style. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, staying current with digital trends, and collaborating with design, marketing, and editorial colleagues to execute campaigns and special projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, requiring regular presence at the office for team meetings, content production, and cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications




• Solid skills in digital content creation, including writing, basic visual design, and short-form video or social media content production.
• Ability to plan and execute content calendars, with familiarity in social media management tools and platform-specific best practices.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as audience targeting, engagement optimization, and analytics interpretation.
• Comfort with using content management systems (CMS) and standard office or collaboration tools for publishing and teamwork.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Indore with cross-functional teams, while also taking initiative and working independently when needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in digital content creation.
• Experience in news, media, or online publishing, and familiarity with regional or local audience interests, is an advantage.
