The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The role involves building and maintaining a talent pipeline, posting job openings, and using recruitment tools and platforms to attract qualified candidates. The Recruiter will collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand workforce needs, ensure a positive candidate experience,



and support onboarding activities. The position also includes maintaining recruitment reports and metrics, adhering to company policies, and contributing to employer branding initiatives. Qualifications
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selections.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners.
• Ability to use recruitment platforms, social media, job boards, and networking to build and maintain a talent pipeline.
• Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines efficiently.
• Understanding of basic HR practices, employment guidelines, and onboarding processes.
• Prior recruiting experience in insurance, financial services, or sales-led organizations is an advantage.
• HSC/ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working on-site in Thane and engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders in person.
