Role Description The Medical Sales Representative is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves promoting the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and other medical stakeholders, through regular visits and scientific discussions. The Medical Sales Representative will build and maintain strong customer relationships, provide product information and updates, and support ethical prescribing by sharing relevant clinical data. Daily responsibilities include managing a defined territory, planning and executing sales calls, tracking performance against targets,



and reporting market insights to the management team. The role also requires collaborating with internal teams for promotional activities, attending training programs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications
• A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or related field
• Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management, product promotion, and relationship building.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear scientific detailing, presentations, and professional interaction with healthcare stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to address inquiries, provide timely support, and maintain long-term client satisfaction.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to understand therapeutic areas, product indications, and safety profiles.
• Relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare marketing is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time effectively in the field.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools.
