We ship real systems that run real business processes at scale.Who are you?We are seeking a Solution Engineer to join the Ema team in India. This is a hybrid role, preferably based in Bangalore. As a Solution Engineer, you will work on cutting-edge GenAI challenges for Fortune 500 companies and build Proofs of Concept for customers. You will work with sales, product, and engineering teams to turn customer requirements into working solutions that run on the customer's own data and applications. The ideal candidate is hands-on and customer-facing, starts from the customer's problem rather than the product feature, and is comfortable with data structures, data engineering, APIs, and Python. high-growth startup that can create a lasting impact.You will:Analyse customer requirements and translate them into a clear solution approachDeliver tailored demos that show how Ema's AI applications solve the customer's problemBuild new AI application Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and pilots for customersIntegrate with customers' data and applications, working with APIs and using Python for data transformationWork with engineering and product to resolve technical blockers in live customer workWork effectively with sales, product, and engineering teamsDocument solution designs, integrations, and lessons learned so others can reuse themIdeally, you'd have:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science2–5 years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Applications Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or Implementation EngineerExperience working with different data structures and data engineeringExperience analyzing customer requirements and providing demosAbility to work with APIs and use Python to perform data transformationKnowledge of AI technology and enterprise SaaS applicationsExperience building PoCs or pilots that moved into productionExposure to GenAI, LLM-based applications, or workflow automation toolsExperience integrating with enterprise systems such as CRM, HRIS, ITSM, or ERP platformsAbility to explain technical choices clearly to technical and non-technical audiencesStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCompensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
