They provide guidance on software functionality, troubleshoot issues, and offer support to ensure operational continuity after implementation. The role also involves communication with clients and teams, delivering training, and contributing to the project’s successA Typical Day in the Life Includes:Develop technical components and unit testing. Assess customer needs and recommend WMS software solutions Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and customizations Resolve issues by analyzing and addressing challenges Communicate technical details, status updates,



and strategies to customers Collaborate with global teams within Infor and at the customer.Basic Qualifications:Experience troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing problems, and formulating solutions or alternative approaches Experience with business process flows and technical applicationsExperience working on multiple projects and tasks simultaneouslyBE/B.Tech/M.Tech – (CSE/IT/ECE/EEE/Mechanical)/MCA Preferred Qualifications:Designing and coding applications based on Java application.Independently involved in Build and Unit Test of applicationCommunicate with onshore and client stakeholders to understand technical requirementsCandidate should have hands-on experience with Java technologies and SQLHe / She should have some exposure in communicating with the client stakeholders.He / She should be a positive team player and should be ready to work and collaborate with team members Experience with software implementation processes
