This role serves as a key Subject Matter Expert across Landmark, the data warehouse, databases, and all internally built tooling, and plays a critical role in analysis and solution delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesSoftware Development & EngineeringDesign, develop, and maintain internally developed systems using .NETConfigure Landmark and systems built around itDevelop and maintain reports using Ingres and SQL ServerBuild and support data extract pipelines for Finance, Central Trading, and third-party consumersLevel 3 Support & AnalysisProvide Level 3 support and deep back-end analysis across Landmark, Data Warehouse,



and internally developed systemsTriage and resolve complex technical issues escalated from Level 1/2 support teamsPerform root cause analysis and debugging across database and application layersBusiness Analysis & Solution DesignLead discovery, requirements gathering, and test plan development for new business initiativesProduce detailed enhancement specifications for system improvementsCollaborate with Operations, Finance, and Broadcast teams to define technical solutionsDocumentationMaintain technical and functional documentation in ConfluenceEnsure solution designs, system architecture notes, and process guides are kept currentSkills, Knowledge & Expertise5+ years in a technology analyst, developer, or senior support engineering roleProficient in .NET development (C# preferred)Strong database skills — SQL Server and/or Ingres, including report developmentProven experience with Landmark platform at an SME levelSolid debugging and back-end analysis skillsExperience with AWS services and cloud infrastructureExposure to Data Warehouse architecture and administrationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent documentation skills (Confluence)Experience working in a media, broadcast, or advertising technology workplace preferred
