We’re looking for a proactive Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between clients and our internal teams. ?

Key Responsibilities
• Understand client requirements, business objectives, and project expectations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, clarify doubts, and provide project updates.
• Coordinate with developers, UI/UX designers, testers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), project workflows, and meeting notes.
• Manage project timelines, track progress, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct client meetings, requirement discussions, and internal team coordination.
• Identify potential project challenges, suggest practical solutions, and communicate them proactively.
• Monitor project status, manage client feedback, and ensure requirements are implemented correctly.




• Maintain transparent documentation and ensure effective communication between all stakeholders. ✅ Required Skills
• 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with different teams.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Understanding of website development, software development, or IT project workflows.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear instructions for technical teams.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools and documentation practices is an advantage. ?
